Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing environmental compliance and risk mitigation within large-scale construction environments. The role requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory adherence and operational safety on active project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to local environmental laws and site-specific control measures.
• Work with contractors and internal teams to embed environmental standards into daily workflows.
• Conduct independent site inspections, audits, and investigations into environmental incidents.
• Prepare detailed reports, maintain documentation, and analyze data to track compliance performance.
• Maintain a visible on-site presence through regular walkthroughs to identify potential hazards.
• Support project timelines by being available for extended hours or weekend work during critical phases.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, ideally within infrastructure or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with on-site crews and external stakeholders.
• Competence in report writing, document management, and basic data analysis.
• A detail-oriented approach and the ability to perform well in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
